1 bag (7 oz) coconut (Bakers Angel) 1 can (20 oz) pineapple crushed in its own juice 1 stick margarine 4 eggs 2 regular pie crusts 1 cup of sugar 1) add sugar to mixing bowl 2) break eggs into a bowl and beat 3) add eggs to mixing bowl and mix 4) microwave margarine to melt it 5) add melted margarine to mixing bowl and mix 6) drain pineapple with plastic drainer 7) add drained pineapple to mixing bowl and mix 8) add coconut to mixing bowl and mix 9) make sure all contents are thoroughly mixed 10) divide contents into pie shells 11) bake at 350F for 50 minutes 12) let pies cool for at least an hour 13) refrigerate...it's best served cold
